Yagrum Bagarn states that his intention was to improve the Dwemer race, and the book The egg of time illustrates that Kagrenac may have used special tools on an ahedral artifact, the Heart of Lorkhan, to bind the Dwemer to his power.
Kagrenac, the high engineer of the Dwemer, is the author of the book Divine metaphysics, which describes his theories on how to create a new god. Although nothing is concrete, it is explained that the disappearance of the Dwemer occurred centuries before The Ancient scrolls games happened – this is what can be learned by talking to him. As the last known living dwemer, he can translate two player books that provide a couple of theories on how and why the dwarves may have disappeared. Ancient documents features various characters that are connected to the Dwemer – Calcelmo in SkyrimFor example, he is a scholar with a deep interest in the history of the dwarves, but perhaps the most pertinent among them is Yagrum Bagarn in Morrowind.
